I just wanted to share my experience with Alkaloid Bros because it was honestly refreshing.
When I first started this journey, I was overwhelmed. There’s so much misinformation out there, so many scams, and so many people taking advantage of others when they’re already in a vulnerable place. It was genuinely scary not knowing who to trust or where to turn.
I took a chance with these guys, and I’m honestly blown away.
I accidentally emailed them about an issue, and within a couple of hours I had a response back from a real person. Not some generic AI copy-paste response. An actual human being who listened, responded quickly, and genuinely tried to help me fix the problem I created myself. That kind of customer service feels rare these days.
An hour before that, I had been dealing with another company that just kept sending automated responses, and it was frustrating beyond belief. So having a company actually treat me like a person instead of a ticket number meant a lot.
People may have different opinions about 7OH, SR, or products in general, but regardless of where anyone stands, these guys are helping people avoid going back to darker places and worse situations. That matters.
I’m not promoting them for money or anything like that. I just genuinely wanted people to know they’re legit, respectful, responsive, and they actually care. I’ve already mentioned them on Discord and Facebook because I know there are other people out there feeling just as lost and overwhelmed as I was.
Honestly, experiences like this can save lives.
So thank you, seriously. Keep doing what you’re doing. Companies with real human customer service and actual compassion are becoming rare, and it deserves recognition.
